Dealer logins
We keep the email, name, phone, and role for each person who signs in. Sign-in uses that email with a password, or a link we send to the email. Each person signs in as themselves. Sign-in runs over HTTPS.
Lot inventory
We keep the lot's catalog, stock items, quotes, sales, shop jobs, deliveries, and notes. Photos of units stay with that lot. What is on the website is the stock the lot published.
Payment records
We keep what was quoted, sold, deposited, and still due. Cash and check are recorded on the sale. The Lotline subscription is billed by Plyntr through Stripe. That bill is separate from a customer payment.
Card and ACH
Card and ACH go through that lot's Stripe when connected. We do not keep card numbers or bank account numbers. If Stripe is not connected, the lot records cash and check only.
Contacts
A lot can save a customer's name, phone, email, and address on a quote, sale, or delivery. A form on the public inventory page can send a lead to that lot. If the lot uses Inbox, calls, texts, and email sit on the contact.
Photos
A driver can take a photo of the building on the pad when handing over a stop. That photo stays on the delivery record.
Who can see it
People on that lot see that lot's records. A factory on Manufacturer sees its lots. Plyntr can open a lot when the owner asks for help. We do not sell dealer or customer records. Lotline is for dealer lots, not for children.
How long
Records stay while the lot uses Lotline. An owner can download a copy under Settings → Your data. A signed-in person can delete their login on Profile. Closing a lot is archive from Plyntr admin. Questions: joe@plyntr.com.
